The awards will take place as part of the Billing People Summit on Thursday 16th September 2021, at the ME London.

Billing personnel have a huge impact on a company’s growth and profitability. The effectiveness of a company’s billing strategy can easily determine whether that company thrives or falters. In short, billing is vital to any company operating in the ICT channel and we believe it’s about time that the efforts of billing people were recognised and celebrated.

Notes to entrants

The Billing People Awards seeks to recognise and celebrate the efforts of companies in the ICT channel that constantly strive to innovate, exceed expectations, and deliver industry leading standards of service in their billing processes.

All entrees will be treated in the strictest confidence and shared only with our panel of judges.

Our judging panel will look at how your organisation measures billing performance, evidence of compliance with best practice, and how billing activities have improved commercial performance or contributed to other business benefits. These might include:

  • Increased growth or market share
  • Improved financial performance
  • Embedded ethical or sustainable practice
  • Enhanced service delivery and customer engagement
  • Improved business intelligence/visibility
  • Optimised and improved operational efficiency

 The success of an entry hinges on its clarity. Please answer each section as completely and accurately as possible. Try to meet the word limit in your responses, so write clearly and concisely. The judges will be assessing each entry and paying particular attention to any initiatives or innovations in your billing process/strategy that have materially enhanced productivity, profitability or customer experience.
